Privacy Policy

Caltho is a trade name of ASE Group LLC ("Caltho," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to caltho.com — not to any separate systems, apps, or software we build for clients, which have their own terms.

Information we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal. We collect information in two ways:

• Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and preferred contact method, plus your business name and phone number if you provide them. This is sent directly to our email (via Resend, our email delivery provider) and reaches the Caltho team. We do not store form submissions in a database — they exist only as email.
• Analytics. We run our own analytics system, hosted entirely on infrastructure we control, to understand how visitors use this site. Nothing is tracked until you respond to the cookie banner described below.

Cookies and the consent banner

We ask for your consent before tracking anything. Until you respond, no analytics data is collected or sent anywhere.

• If you click Accept all, our analytics system sets a persistent identifier and tracks page views and outgoing link clicks across your visits.
• If you click Decline, or don't respond, nothing is tracked at all — no identifier is set, and no analytics data is collected.
• Your choice itself is remembered using your browser's local storage, not a cookie, so we know not to ask again.

Separately, like virtually any website, the infrastructure that serves this site may automatically log basic technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operational purposes. This happens regardless of your cookie choice above and isn't part of the analytics system described here.

To change a prior choice, clear your browser's site data for caltho.com, or email us at team@caltho.com and we'll clear any analytics data tied to you.

What we don't do

We don't run advertising or retargeting pixels, don't sell or rent personal information to anyone, and don't use a CRM to track visitors. The only outside party involved in handling data on this site is Resend, which delivers the contact form email — it doesn't use your information beyond that. Our analytics run entirely on infrastructure we control, so that data doesn't pass through any third party at all.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have connected to you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw analytics consent at any time by emailing team@caltho.com. Depending on where you're located — for example, the EU, UK, or California — you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA. We'll honor requests under those frameworks even outside their strict jurisdiction.

Children's privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
