What is CalOS?
At its core, CalOS is a CRM: your customers and their history in one place. Everything else is modules. When your business needs something CalOS doesn’t do yet, we build it, and from then on any business with the same problem can switch it on. It grows with every business we work with.
How is it different from an off-the-shelf CRM?
An off-the-shelf CRM gives everyone the same features and leaves you to work around them. CalOS adds only the modules your business needs, built around how you already work. If the tools you use today work, we build around them instead of replacing them.
What does it cost?
It depends on what your business needs. Once we understand how you work, we’ll give you a clear quote.
How long until we’re up and running?
It depends on the size of your business and how much data you have. We’ll give you a timeline after our first conversation, and we’re with your team when they move over.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. If you use a CRM today, we import your data from it. If your records are kept by hand, we help you get them digitized.
Who can see our data?
Your business has its own database, kept apart from every other business on CalOS and hosted in the US. Your team sees what their role allows, and we only get in when you give us access. Your data is never sold.
What if we stop using CalOS?
It’s your data, and we hand all of it back. You can also buy your CalOS outright and keep it.
